The Nigel Tranter Exhibition

Abbotsford are delighted to announce that by kind permission of the Duchess of Hamilton at Lennoxlove, this remarkable collection of original manuscripts, artefacts and drawings, incorporating a short filmed interview with the author, will be displayed for one year only in the room which was Sir Walter Scott's bedroom.

News! The exhibition opened and has been running successfully since 12 April 2006. Open daily. This small but fascinating exhibition exhibition is being staged in Sir Walter Scott's bedroom at the top of the spiral staircase - this has never been open to the public before.
